- 20 ساعة: للمبتدئين الذين لا يمتلكون أي خبرة في القيادة
- 15 ساعة: للأشخاص الذين يمتلكون خبرة قيادة بين عامين إلى 5 أعوام (يحملون رخصة قيادة أصلية سارية)
- 10 ساعات: للأشخاص الذين يمتلكون خبرة قيادة تتجاوز 5 أعوام

دورات تعليم القيادة بالمناوبة: مواعيد تدريب مرنة من الإثنين إلى السبت

المستندات الإلزامية
- بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الأصلية
- تقرير فحص النظر (قبل فتح ملف هيئة الطرق والمواصلات و يتطلب الهوية الاصلية). يتوفر اختبار النظر في الفروع الرئيسية لمركز بالحصا للسياقة أو مراكز فحص النظر المعتمدة من هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في دبي.
- رخصة القيادة الصادرة عن دول أخرى لنفس فئة المركبة الخفيفة (إن وجدت)*:
- تُقبل رخص القيادة الصالحة فقط و بخصوص المنتهية الصلاحية يتم قبولها للدول المستثناة فقط (أقل من عشر سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية).
- إذا لم تكن رخصة قيادتك صادرة باللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية، فالرجاء ترجمتها من أحد مكاتب الترجمة القانونية في دبي.
- بالنسبة لرخصة القيادة المفقودة، يرجى الحصول على خطاب من قنصلية الدولة مصدرة الرخصة معتمد من وزارة الخارجية ونسخة ملونة واضحة من رخصة القيادة الصادرة عن دولة اخرى.
*يخضع ذلك لموافقة هيئة الطرق والمواصلات. في حال رفضت هيئة الطرق والمواصلات رخصة القيادة، فيُرجى طلب خطاب من سفارة بلدك.
مستندات إضافية
المتدربات (اللاتي تقل أعمارهن عن 21 سنة) الراغبات في الحصول على تدريب مع مدرب ذكر: يجب عليهم التقدم للحصول على تصريح عدم ممانعة يتم اصداره من نظام هيئة الطرق و المواصلات و تحصل رسوم 10 درهم
مرسوم الإمارات
- خطاب أصلي وساري المفعول للمرسوم موجه إلى هيئة الطرق والمواصلات
- جواز سفر ساري المفعول وأصلي
- تقرير فحص النظر
نقل الملفات من مراكز اخرى داخل دبي أو الإمارات الأخرى بالدولة:
- خطاب مخالصة من مركز تعليم القيادة السابق موقع ومختوم من المفوض بالتوقيع.
- تصريح تعليم هيئة الطرق والمواصلات ساري أو غير سارٍ (لا ينطبق على الإمارات الأخرى).
- آخر نتيجة لاختبار القيادة على الطريق في حالة الوصول إلى هذه المرحلة (ينطبق فقط على الإمارات الأخرى)
حاملو تاشيرة بمهنة سائق:
- تقارير اللياقة الطبية من المراكز الطبية أو المستشفيات المعتمدة من هيئة الطرق والمواصلات.
تصريح الدخول (ينطبق على منطقة جبل على):
للتقدم للحصول على تصريح الدخول، الرجاء إرسال المرفقات التي تلبي المعايير التالي في ملفات بصيغة JPG/JPEG لا يتجاوز حجمها 500 كيلو بايت للملف الواحد.

- خطاب تصريح تعلم من المدرسة أو الجامعة (إذا كان مقدم الطلب طالبًا بموجب تأشيرة جامعية في دبي)
- شهادة عدم ممانعة لأصحاب مهن المساعدة (على سبيل المثال: خادمة، مربية، سائق)

- أصحاب التأشيرات تحت كفالة الشركات:
- الوضع 1: الشركة لديها فرع في دبي والإقامة حاليًا في دبي:
- نسخة من جواز السفر ساري المفعول ونسخة من تأشيرة مقدم الطلب
- بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الأصلية والسارية
- نسخة من الرخصة التجارية سارية المفعول لفرع الشركة في دبي. يجب أن يتطابق اسم الشركة مع الاسم الموجود في الرخصة التجارية.
- شهادة عدم ممانعة مع الإشارة إلى أن مقدم الطلب يعمل في فرع الشركة في دبي.

The student will be subject to additional charges if they are absent or arrives late for any of the training classes, initial Driving Assessment, and RTA tests. |
The student is not permitted to discontinue the practical training for a continuous period exceeding 30 days or not more than a total of 60 days. Also, cannot stop more than 3 times throughout the entire duration of the Driving License journey Unless for a compelling reason. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the cancellation of the student’s contract, and any outstanding amount will be charged to the student. |
Student has to pay 25% payment of the package at the time of registration, 25% payment before starting the practical training, 25% payment before road assessment test and remaining full payment before 1st smart yard Additional charges shall be applicable on the category change. |

نظام الترجمة عن بُعد في هيئة الطرق والمواصلات (RIS) توفر الخدمة ترجمة فورية عن بعد لما يصل إلى 195 لغة مختلفة للاختبارات النظرية للقيادة التي تجريها هيئة الطرق والمواصلات للمتقدمين للحصول على رخصة القيادة. وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن مساعي هيئة الطرق والمواصلات لإثراء مبادرة المدينة الذكية وتحقيق هدفها الإستراتيجي الثالث – إسعاد الناس
ما طريقة استخدام خدمة نظام الترجمة عن بُعد (RIS)؟
الرسوم: تُفرض رسوم إضافية قدرها 420 درهمًا إماراتيًا للاستفادة من هذه الخدمة بالإضافة إلى رسوم الاختبار العادي البالغة 310 دراهم. تذكَّر:

1.Renew your learning permit before it expires, keep a soft copy on your phone, and bring your Emirates ID to training and tests.
To renew your learning permit link:
https://www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/home/rta-services/service-details?serviceId=1072. The training file is suspended if the customer doesn’t take one of the RTA tests (knowledge test, yard test, road test) within six months from his last appointment date. If the file expires (After six months), the customer must pay the respective charges to Re-activate the learning file to continue the application.
3. In case any customer wishes to cancel or reschedule your training sessions or Test appointment, Please inform us 48 working hours before your class/Test by sending an email to customercare@bdc.ae or call 8002354272 or What’s app No. 0551030103. Between 8 am to 4 pm, Kindly note that Sunday is not a working day.
4. The customer should not be more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled training session. According to RTA rules, being late will result in an absence mark, and the customer must pay the respective session charges. E-payment link: https://payment.bdc.ae/
5. Please arrive at the branch 30 minutes before your scheduled test.
6. Upon finishing the registered course, if additional training hours are necessary, the customer is required to pay the corresponding fee for the extra training hours and schedule the session at the center with a customer service representative or through the Call center at 8002354272 or What’s app No 0551030103.
7.In case of failure in the RTA road test, the candidate is required to complete 4 hours of mandatory practical training and pay the applicable additional fees before rebooking the test.
8. For Regular /Night course (3 days in a week- Option), 1 specific training session cannot be skipped, if you wish to (cancel/stop) any training day, the complete scheduled training days will be stopped and you may restart the training with the new schedule/ dates by contacting the customer service depending on the availability.9. Wait to set a new date to start training according to the waiting list set by the Driving Institute/Center in the event that training is stopped by the trainee due to special circumstances, and this may result in the possibility of resuming the training with another trainer.
10. Motorcycles and mechanical equipment customers must bring safety equipment for training during the training, yard test, and road test.
11. In the event of emergency conditions or unfavorable climatic conditions that prevent the provision of training or examination services, the training hours and examinations affected by such circumstances shall be rescheduled.
12. Comply with the precautionary procedures and measures issued by the competent authorities in the events of various crises and emergencies.
13. Wear decent clothes during training and test according to RTA policy in this regard, take care of the general appearance, and DO NOT wear sunglasses during test. Otherwise, it may result in preventing the training or test, with the trainee bearing the responsibility for that from paying the fees for the alternative training or test service..
BDC – Transportation:
1. Please contact the driver at least one day in advance or 2 hours before the class timing for Transportation.
2. Transportation is for practical training only, not for exams.
3. Area and timing of transportation, will be according to the branch transportation list.
